Note:
- Half of the payment must be made upon reservation as a booking deposit and the remaining payment must be made upon receiving the homestay key.
- Free cancellation and for a full refund deposit, cancellation must be made 5 full days prior to the day of check-in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday.
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, only 50% of the amount of deposit will be refunded.
