Terms and conditions

By proceeding with the reservation, you accept and agree with D’Perdana Homestay Rawang terms and conditions as follows:

Bookings
  • The homestay is subject to availability.
  • Guests must be families or group of people with the same gender.
  • The owner reserves the right to keep the guest details including a picture of IC and phone number for the record-keeping.
  • The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking for any good reason. 
Check-in & Check-out Times
  • Guest may check-in at any time from 2.00pm on day of arrival.
  • Key of the homestay will be given when full payment is received by cash upon check-in time. 
  • Guest must check-out and return the key at any time before 12.00pm on the day of departure.
  • Failure to check-out at least before 2.00pm will entitle the owner to charge for an additional RM10.00 per hour until 6.00pm.
  • After 6.00 pm, the guest will be charged one night rate at RM280.
Payment 
  • Half of the payment must be made upon reservation as a booking deposit and the remaining payment must be made upon receiving the homestay key.
  • Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the homestay property. 
Cancellation
  • Free cancellation and for a full refund deposit, cancellation must be made 5 full days prior to the day of check-in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday.
  • If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, only 50% of the amount of deposit will be refunded.
Losses, Liabilities etc. 
  • The homestay shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest.
  • Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the homestay.
Damage to the homestay property
  • We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
  • Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
  • We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Removal of homestay property
  • We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the homestay by them without consent.
  • The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.
  • Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge to the guest or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address
Disturbance
  • Guests must not cause any disturbance or annoying the neighbours and are prohibited from making noise. 
  • Guests must not park their car in front of any neighbours’ gate. 
Others
  • No daily housekeeping provided.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No meals provided or included.
  • No party or events allowed.
